OASFAA Sponsorship Levels for 2019-2020

The below Open Sponsorship levels that are offered in addition to our current conference exhibiting option at $1000 (which entitles the exhibitor to one free registrant) and our current conference program advertising options. 

The open sponsorship would build throughout the year.  Sponsor levels will be acknowledged in conference programs as the pledged sponsorship level is reached.  We will make every effort to get acknowledgement into print as it allows with printing deadlines for programs.  Acknowledgement will also be made at individual programs funded throughout the year (such as regional meetings, guidance counselor workshops, needs analysis workshops, etc.).

CURRENT FEES (these will remain the same – sponsorship opportunities are add-ons)

• $1000 Exhibit comes with 1 free registration, recognition in the program and an electronic copy of conference participants.
• $250 Advertising – ½ page ad in program, 6 month banner ad, and recognition in ballroom power point
• $500 Advertising – full page ad in program, 6 month banner ad, and recognition in ballroom power point
• Open Sponsorship – items and levels listed below

Advertising amounts will be applied to sponsorship dollar amounts to build toward the levels listed below.

OPEN SPONSORSHIP LEVELS(sponsors must be OASFAA members)

Presidential Level             (Open or general sponsorship of $1500 or more)

• Designated as a Conference Sponsor
  • Full page advertising in program, full year banner ad,
  • Acknowledgement as conference sponsor in Power Point at all interest sessions,
  • Verbal recognition at all general sessions as a conference sponsor,
  • Second free registrant for conference, and
  • Recognition in program as Presidential Level open sponsorship
  • Recognition in ballroom power point twice; as advertiser and as Presidential Level conference sponsor
  • Choice of one conference sponsorship item and two other sponsorship items

Gold Level                            (Open or general sponsorship of $750 to $1499)

• Full page advertising in the conference program, 6 month banner ad,
• Recognition as a sponsor of a conference meal(s)
• Recognition in program as Gold Level open sponsorship
• Recognition in ballroom power point twice; as advertiser and as Gold Level open sponsorship
• Choice of one additional sponsorship item (conference or other)

Silver Level                          (Open or general sponsorship of $500 to $749)

• Full page advertising in conference program
• Recognition as a general sponsor of item(s)/activities chosen
• Recognition as a sponsor of a conference break
• Recognition in program as Silver Level open sponsorship
• Recognition in ballroom power point as Silver Level open sponsorship

General Sponsorship Opportunities (to be offered at the beginning of the year – August or September)

(Recognized in Conference Program(s) as possible, ballroom power point for events/items sponsored throughout the year, as well as at the actual event.)  These will be offered on a first-come first-serve basis.
