OASFAA's job board makes the search process easier and more refined for job seekers while giving employers a better chance to find exactly what they’re looking for. OASFAA's job board boasts a clean look with updated features for the best experience for job seekers and employers alike. The job board hosts only relevant resumes and job postings, making the process less saturated and easier to find both jobs and employees.
Job SeekersAnyone seeking a position in financial aid is welcome to use the OASFAA Job Board. Job AlertsSubmit your email address to be notified when any new openings are posted. (The email address you use to sign up for notifications does not need to be the same email address associated with your OASFAA membership.)
Browse, Search, & Filter JobsYou can view the full list of open jobs on the main page of the job board, or for more narrowed searches, use keyword or location search boxes to find what best aligns with your interest. Log in to use the quick apply feature if you've added your resume (see instructions below).
Upload your ResumeUse your OASFAA username & password to log in and upload your resume. You can choose to either have the resume available to employers when you apply for a specific position, or you can make it available for any employer to view.
EmployersEmployers can find their ideal candidate for their posted job on OASFAA's Job Board. Search the Resume Bank
Post a detailed job and choose a durationOnce logged in, click Post a Job at the top of the page. Post the job title, employer, description, link, address, and more information. Once you've filled in the details of your job posting, click Preview on the right to see a preview of how your job will display once it's posted. We strongly encourage you to include the salary/wage information for your open position.
Post Duration: You can select the period of time your post should display on the job board. The options are 30, 60, or 90 days and the job will automatically be dropped from the board after that time period has passed. Postings are free for active OASFAA members.
